Big day at Magnaphone! The Boxcar Suite released the third single from their forthcoming album ‘Every Side of the Abyss’ called ‘Turndt Awn’ and TV Queens dropped ‘Swallow Up the Stars’ from their full length ‘Bad Fiction’ which will be out next Friday, February 19.

“The Longest Year” is a three minute and eighteen second blast of moody adrenaline, supplying a gritty edge in all of the right places.
Lyrically, the track dives into conquering your own anxiety and navigating depression during these uncertain times. McMillon’s voice elevates from soothing to screaming throughout, while Popadak and Serafini hold it all together winding their way throughout with the song’s memorable riff.
While spending the largest part of 2020 off the road and at home in quarantine, the band began work on a new batch of songs to follow up their 2018 album To Hell With this Delicate Equation. The band utilized file trading remotely to record their individual parts safely.
"The Longest Year” was mixed by longtime friend Jamie Woolford (Gin Blossoms, The Smoking Popes, Punchline).
TV Queens -’Bad Fiction’ full length is out February 19 and pre-order is now available on the Overthought Musik and Magnaphone BandCamp stores. We’d like to officially welcome Heather Redman to Magnaphone Records and share her first official single, “Everybody”. Heather has been part of many bands including Neo-American Pioneers and Late Night Drivers lending her outstanding, soulful voice and innate sense of harmony and rhythm. Now, she’s making her first solo album with the help of some friends at Reel Love Recording in Dayton, OH and the first results are incredible.
